Red Sox outfield prospect Jarren Duran wasn’t aware that manager Alex Cora had compared him to Grady Sizemore earlier in spring training. When he found out, the 24-year-old reacted humbly. Duran, who has been an early star of spring training for Boston, admitted the mention of Sizemore -- a three-time All-Star with Cleveland -- was “kind of a big deal.
