Red Sox gearing up to trade the face of the franchise (again), MLB insiders say

It’s about to happen again. The Boston Red Sox are well on their way to trading the face of their franchise. Red Sox chief baseball officer Chaim Bloom traded Mookie Betts to the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2020 when it become obvious the right fielder wouldn’t re-sign with Boston.
